In "Breathing Fire" you will meet some of the characters I have encountered whilst maintaining my fitness in Tokyo. The collection reflects the expected as well as the unexpected and focusses on Japanese life at The Box (or the gym).

 

We are a tight community at The Box, a melee of Japanese and westerners, bound together by an incredibly strong sense of camaraderie.

The emotions exposed in these intimate portraits reveal the same pain, determination, fatigue and euphoria common to all of us as we pursue our personal goals.
